By creating an account or using Reetain, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Reetain is an AI-powered video analysis platform that transcribes speech, classifies video segments, and provides editing recommendations. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reetain. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any videos, audio, or other content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant Reetain a limited, temporary licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 48 hours.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Reetain to:

Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
Share your account credentials with others (each account is for one person).
Use the service to train competing AI models.
Circumvent credit limits or payment requirements through technical means.

5. Credits & Payments

Credits are consumed when analyses are successfully completed.
Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card data.

6. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law:

Reetain is provided without warranty of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us — your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
